No matter how dedicated we are to providing the highest level of health care, we understand issues may arise that require research, mediation and clarification.
St. Luke's Patient Relations department was created as a means of providing our visitors - and staff - solutions to hospital-related problems and resolving complaints.
Our Patient Relations is a resource dedicated to patient advocacy. Our Patient Relations team acts as a liaison between patients, staff and the hospital. Patient Relations supports our philosophy of family-centered care by educating associates, staff volunteers and community members on what that involves.
Do you have questions or concerns about the care that you received at St. Luke's?
Want to know more about our philosophy of customer service, performance improvement or quality of care? Do you have questions about charges you incurred while at our hospital? Would you like an interpretation of St. Luke's objectives, procedures or services? If so, you are welcome to contact Patient Relations.
