Walk with a Doc

This doctor-led walking group is a safe, fun and FREE community event where you’ll learn about a health topic, take a walk (or roll) at your own pace and meet new people.

·      WHY: Walking is the single best thing we can do to live a long, high-quality life. Walk with a Doc (WWAD) makes it easy by providing the time, place, motivation and community for a fun walking experience.

·      WHAT: Siouxland residents of all ages are encouraged to lace up their walking shoes and join Dr. DJ Todt, a family medicine physician at UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine – Sunnybrook, for this monthly Walk with a Doc event.  

·      WHEN: The third Saturday of each month at 9:00 -10:00 a.m.

·      WHERE: Southern Hills Mall – 4400 Sergeant Road, Sioux City, IA, 51106 (meet in the food court). (Please watch UnityPoint Health – Sioux City’s Facebook page for weather updates.)

·      WHO: Patients and community members of all ages, abilities and backgrounds are invited to attend.
