FREE - Meriter Baby Hour (0-9 months) 2026: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 – 11:00 am
UnityPoint Health Meriter is pleased to offer an in-person opportunity to connect with other parents who have a new baby at home. This group is for parents and new babies up to nine months of age. Get together to ask questions, learn about resources, share stories and support one another. Each week offers a planned topic for discussion led by one of our Family Health Specialists and often an expert guest!
Registration for this group is offered on a calendar year basis, so you only need to register once per calendar year. Please register after your baby is born. You may attend Tuesdays, Thursdays or both days.
The first session in 2026 will be Tuesday, January 6.
We will have chairs and a limited number of mats for you to use, but feel free to bring your own mat or blanket. Please note, we do not have the set-up to accommodate older siblings.
For your first visit, please arrive 5 minutes early to learn about the group.

As a courtesy to the other parents and babies, if you or your baby are sick, please stay home and take care of yourselves. Come back when you are symptom free and feeling better!
