Cost

Vendors have the opportunity to display outside the conference room during the conference on Thursday, November 5. The following sponsorship levels are available:

• General vendor sponsorship for $750 (Benefits include an 8-foot table to display outside the conference room, along with breakfast, lunch, and admission for vendors who staff the table.)
• Breakfast sponsorship for $1,000 (Benefits include company name on sponsor sign at the conference on the breakfast table, verbal recognition of sponsorship at the conference, one 8-foot table to display outside the conference room, along with breakfast, lunch, and admission for vendors who staff the table.) (2 sponsorships available at this level)
• Lunch sponsorship for $1,000 (Benefits include company name on sponsor sign at the conference on the lunch table, verbal recognition of sponsorship at the conference, one 8-foot table to display outside the conference room, along with breakfast, lunch, and admission for vendors who staff the table.) (2 sponsorships available at this level)
• Beverage sponsorship for $1,000 (Benefits include company name on sponsor sign at the conference by the beverages, verbal recognition of sponsorship at the conference, one 8-foot table to display outside the conference room, along with breakfast, lunch, and admission for vendors who staff the table.) (2 sponsorships available at this level)

Registration

Payment by credit card on the website is preferred. Mastercard and Visa accepted, no American Express. If needing to pay by check, please choose that option during registration and submit payment of $750 for a general vendor sponsorship by Thursday, October 1, 2026.

We are limited in the number of vendors we can allow due to space. If registration fills, please join the waitlist on the registration page and we will let you know of a cancelation or contact you first for next year's conference.
