Join Our Panel Today
Participation is free and requires very little time and effort on your part. You do not need to be a patient at UnityPoint Health to join our consumer panel. Once you sign up, you'll be asked to take an introductory survey, which will help us get to know you. Then, we'll send online surveys for you to complete. Each will take about five minutes and can be completed on a desktop, tablet or smart phone device.
The surveys will be periodic, and after they are completed, we'll let you know what we learned. Then, we'll take your thoughts and use them to make improvements in UnityPoint Health services.

Join UnityPoint Health Insiders
UnityPoint Health Insiders online survey panel exists to listen to patients and those concerned about improving local health care. Insiders get the opportunity to participate in market research and preview new products, services, promotions and advertising. Participants will also help us understand how to improve our services.
