Careers at UnityPoint Health – Meriter

UnityPoint Health – Meriter is a trusted and innovative health care organization. We are committed to providing extraordinary service through exceptional access to care, outstanding patient engagement and top-notch clinical care.

The health and safety of our patients, communities and team members is at the center of everything we do. As such, UnityPoint Health requires team members to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Through the end of 2021, the first dose of vaccine is required to begin work at UPH. After January 4, 2022, all team members must be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption to begin work at UPH. Team members are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after completing a COVID-19 vaccination series.

Community Matters

As Madison's community hospital, UnityPoint Health – Meriter's mission is to improve the health of our community. Through our Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Improvement Strategy, we are focused on eliminating disparities and improving health equity. From partnering with local organizations, like the Foundation for Black Women's Wellness, Tri 4 Schools and Madison Fire Department's community paramedicine program, to providing health education to neighborhood groups, we understand that health is more than what happens inside the walls of a hospital or clinic. As part of our team, you'll be making an impact across our entire community.
