About Together We Care
Our Together We Care tool is free to use. It offers completely private searches to help you to find free and reduced-cost local community resources specific to your needs. Local community resources are accessible to members of your local community through programs, services, support groups or other offerings.
Local community resources can include:
- Food assistance
- Financial assistance and education
- Transportation for health care
- Housing repairs & maintenance
- Temporary shelter
- Help paying bills
- Vision and dental care
- Adoption and foster care
- Workplace rights and job placement
- Advocacy and legal aid
