UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Hospital

Separate billings: How Physicians and Specialists Bill

Bills you receive from St. Luke's Hospital are for hospital and UnityPoint physicians services only. Physicians who are not part of UnityPoint Health bill separately for their services. If your treatment required the services of a radiologist, pathologist, anesthesiologist or most other medical specialists, they will also bill separately. The medical fees charged by doctors who cared for you or assisted in your diagnosis (read your lab work, interpreted your medical tests and performed medical procedures on you) may not be part of the hospital bill. You may receive separate bills from the doctors who cared for you, which may include an emergency room doctor, a pathologist, a radiologist, a surgeon and/or other doctors.

Following is contact information for some of the physicians from whom you may receive a bill.
