In this two-hour Feeding Your Child class you will learn how to feed first-year babies in the most nutritious, safe and encouraging way. You will discuss breastmilk and formula, when to start solids, how to introduce baby food, the progression of textures, self-feeding, and much more. The knowledge learned will encourage parents to make improvements in their family's eating habits and physical activity while modeling and acknowledging parents' natural ability to nurture their children. We suggest taking this class once your child is about three months of age or older.
