Women’s HeartCare is a lifestyle program designed to prevent and treat heart disease and improve overall health and wellbeing. A majority of women, age 40-60, have at least one risk factor for heart disease. The good news is a majority of risk factors are within your control. If you have already been diagnosed with a heart and vascular condition, lifestyle changes can be key to lowering your risk of a future event.
The “heart” of the program is our monthly group meetings, during which you get to meet with the entire team and fellow participants. You are invited to attend 12 sessions, with each focusing on a different
heart health topic. Through shared experiences, inspiring discussions, and expert medical advice from the Lifestyle Intervention Team, you will be able to reach your health goals—while having fun!
