 This course is offered to health care providers who need to renew their NRP certification or are seeking certification for the first time. This may include individuals working in labor and delivery, high risk antepartum, postpartum, newborn nursery, or neonatal intensive care units. Eighteen classes are available during 2018. The cost of the class includes the on-line exam.


  • To study for the online exam participants are responsible to obtain a copy of the 7th Edition Learner Textbook
  • On the assigned date participants complete the 7th Edition online exam in the morning session 8:30-11:30am, followed by the hands-on instructor-led event from 12:15-4:30pm 
  • All classes are held on either Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Applicants who do not pass the class training or cancel less than 7 days prior to class or fail to attend at all, may not be eligible for a refund or for credit on a future training date.
