Are you 4-12 weeks postpartum? Come learn simple ways to safely begin core strengthening, protect the pelvic floor muscles and return to activity. This hour will be interactive and include strengthening exercises. Due to this focus, the class is designed to attend without little ones, so you have the most freedom of movement. In addition to safe and effective strengthening, the purpose of this program will be to promote proper healing, prevent injuries and empower you to engage in activities you love.
This class is taught by Julie Becker, DPT, a UnityPoint Health – Meriter Level II Physical Therapist, who specializes in pelvic health.
