Preparing For Your Stay
What to Expect the First Day
The first day of rehabilitation is very busy and we encourage you to bring a family member or friend with you, if possible. You’ll first spend time with a nurse, who’ll get to know you and anyone you bring along. A member of our team will take you on a facility tour. A doctor, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation, will examine you. Your therapy sessions may begin the day you arrive.
