Insurance co-payments are usually lower for Urgent Care and Express visits than for ER visits, so using a walk-in clinic can save you money in addition to being more convenient.

UnityPoint Clinic - Express at Jordan Creek
UnityPoint Clinic - Express is a new walk-in clinic in West Des Moines that that focuses on a reimagined, time-saving health care experience for people of all ages. This new model of care is a concierge service with a goal of door-to-door service in around 30 minutes. The clinic features specially trained Clinical Care Attendants who will help you every step of the way, including registration, vitals, symptom assessment and laboratory or x-ray services. On-site prescription medications are also available to help eliminate the need for an extra visit to a pharmacy.
UnityPoint Clinic - Express is open from 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Urgent Care Clinics and Express Clinics can provide medical treatment for minor illness and injuries such as:

- Urinary Tract Infections
- Yeast Infections
Flu shots and physicals and/or sports physicals need to be scheduled with your primary care provider.

When you arrive at the clinic, let the clinic staff know you reserved your spot online and take your seat!
If you need an appointment time and are a walk-in patient, head to the front desk, let them know your symptoms and our patient service representatives will have you fill in the form at the kiosk. You will then have a seat in the waiting area. UnityPoint Clinic staff will call your name when ready.
