This new model of care is a concierge service with a goal of door-to-door service in around 30 minutes. A medical professional will greet you upon entering the clinic and remain with you throughout the visit. On-site prescription medications are also available to help eliminate the need for an extra visit to a pharmacy. Urgent Care and Express treat minor medical problems and injuries that are not life-threatening, but need the attention of a health care provider. These are not an alternative to the emergency room, but offer the ability to get care without an appointment for all patient ages.
