Rene Crumley, PT, DPT, NCS
Rene received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from St. Louis University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Creighton University. She is a senior therapist and has been at St. Luke's since 1997. Rene received her Neurological Clinical Specialist (NCS) certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2004. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Creighton University in 2008. She has completed vestibular rehabilitation competencies and is chair of the nominating committee for the Balance and Fall Special Interest Group of the APTA. She has received specialized training in balance and fall reduction using the Neurocom Balancemaster, functional tests and measurements, and neurological rehabilitation. Rene received her Allied Team Training (ATTP) certificate by the National Parkinson's Foundation.

Michelle Langston, PT, MPT, GCS
Michelle holds a master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Iowa. She is a senior therapist and has worked at St. Luke's since 1998. Michelle received her Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS) certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2009 and her recertification in 2019. She has completed vestibular rehabilitation competencies from Emory University, and advanced competencies from University of Pittsburgh and cervicogenic vestibular therapy from APTA. Michelle has been certified in LSVT Big (Parkinsons) training. She has received her Clinical Brain Injury Specialist certification. She has received specialized training in balance and fall reduction using the Smart Balance Master, dynamic visual acuity using the InVision system, and uses Pilates as part of strength and balance programs. She enjoys digital scrapbooking, playing handbells and flute at church, and volunteering at her kids' schools and local animal shelter.
Megan Andresen, PT, MPT
Kelcie Whaley, PT, DPT, ATC
Megan received her master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of Iowa. She is a senior therapist and has been practicing at St. Luke's since 2001. Megan has her Brain Injury Specialist Certification from the Academy of Certified Brain Injury Specialists. She received her Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification from Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA). Megan has specialized training in wheelchair seating and positioning, aquatics, neurological rehabilitation and spinal cord injury rehabilitation. She co-chairs the spinal cord injury support group.
Jenny Jenatscheck, PTA
Jenny received her associate's degree from Kirkwood Community College to become a physical therapist assistant. She is a level I PTA and joined St. Luke's in 1999. Jenny has specialized training in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation, sports and orthopaedic rehab, aquatics and balance/fall prevention and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She is a member of the prosthetics and orthotics clinic team and is the chairperson of the Parkinson's support group. Jenny is a Parkinson LSVT BIG Certified Clinician.
Kelcie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The University of Iowa. She is a senior physical therapist and has been practicing at St. Luke's since 2016. Kelcie has specialized training in manual therapy, sports and orthopedic rehab, vestibular rehabilitation, and post-concussion rehabilitation.
Barb West, MOTR/L
Barb received her master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Catherine's. She is a senior therapist and has worked at St. Luke's since 1999. Barb has specialized training in driver's evaluation, home safety modification and Neurologic/Orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Rosemary Russell, COTA
Rosemary received her associate's degree from Kirkwood College to become an occupational therapy assistant. She joined St. Luke's in 2000. Rosemary has specialized training in neurological rehabilitation, acute care and orthopedics, and is a Parkinson LSVT BIG Certified Clinician.
Karla Simmen, OTR/L
Karla received her bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University. She has worked at St. Luke's since 1996. Karla has specialized training in driving evaluations and has earned certification in Brain Injury. Karla is a Parkinson LSVT BIG Certified Clinician.
Renee Perlwitz, MS/CCC-SLP
Renee received her master's degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She re-joined St. Luke's in 2003. Renee has received specialized training in adult speech and language disorders, cognition, swallowing and voice.
Anita Miller, MS/CCC-SLP
Anita received her master's degree in Speech Pathology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She joined St. Luke's in 2010. Anita has received specialized training in adult speech and language disorders, cognition and swallowing.
