We're asking for your patience and kindness as we experience extremely high volumes of sick patients and requests for COVID-19 testing. Our team is working hard, even putting in extra shifts, to best serve you. If you must wait, please be understanding. Our team members always strive to treat everyone with dignity, respect and give their full attention to your personal needs. Showing kindness is one way we can all get through this together. How you can help:
Know Where to Go for Care
If you aren't feeling well, start by seeing if your primary care provider has availability. If not, check out more information on how to find the right care in the quickest time possible.
View Wait Time Estimates & Spot Reservations
If you must wait for care, please be patient. Before you leave home, check out current location wait time estimates and, if available, reserve your spot online.
Consider COVID-19 Testing Options
For people who aren't sick or recently exposed to COVID-19, but need to be tested, please consider other community testing options such as local pharmacies or public health departments. As always, if you're experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we want to see you as soon as possible — particularly if you're high-risk or unvaccinated. Please see our COVID-19 testing page for more information.
Reserve Your Spot Online
Check in online at our Fort Dodge Express location below and we'll reserve your place in line, allowing you or your family to comfortably wait at home – or wherever is convenient – until your estimated visit time. Walk-in patients are still welcome.
* The specific time you sign up for is only an estimate. Many factors affect when you will actually be seen including the number of patients in the clinic and the varying degrees of illnesses.
