Patient and family- centered care
What is patient and family-centered care? At UnityPoint Health, it revolves around three things: making the patient healthy; making the patient stay and family visit comfortable; and making sure you and your family have all the important information needed to aid in the patient's healing.
- Find a doctor or clinic from UnityPoint Clinic so you can be seen close to where you live. You can also find tips for talking to your doctor during your visit.
- Register for your hospital visit at UnityPoint - St. Luke's in advance with a quick pre-admission form for convenient check-in.
Current St. Luke's patients:
- Rely on our specially trained hospitalists and experienced nursing staff to thoroughly care for you throughout your entire stay to answer questions, address concerns and communicate with your family physician.
- Look around to see the little extras that make your stay more comfortable, including private and modern rooms, family friendly areas and wireless Internet access.
At UnityPoint Health, we know you have a choice in healthcare. Thanks for choosing us. If you require additional information, please ask. Our staff is always happy to answer any questions and assist you in any way possible.
