A child being held by grandpa and kissed by grandma

To reduce community spread of COVID-19, we're asking all patients to please call ahead before visiting a clinic. Patients and visitors who are over age 2 and able to tolerate a mask or face covering, should do so if entering a UnityPoint Health facility. If you don't have one, you may request one upon arrival.

Our main focus is to assist patients to a healthy recovery and to provide the best quality care possible. We know that the support of family and friends plays a vital role in the recovery process.

To help you support your loved one who is in our care, we have put together some useful information on how you can best do so in our facility.

Because each patient's needs are unique, please check with the patient's nursing staff for any particular guidelines. Certain areas, such as intensive care and maternity, will have specific visiting instructions.

Please note that all children under the age of 14 should be accompanied by an adult. If you have a cold or are generally feeling unwell, we would appreciate that you postpone your visit until you are feeling better.
