St. Luke's College students are the next generation of healthcare heroes, and the new FUEL program provides a little help in return. The FUEL program – Fostering Unity while Educating and Learning – gives assistance to students who need it during the year. It helps them in many different ways, including:
- food and nutrition items
- toiletry and personal hygiene supplies
- gas cards to get to clinicals (sometimes as far away as Omaha, Sioux Falls and Yankton)
- clinical uniforms and supplies (scrubs, shoes, lab coats, stethoscopes, etc.)
- state licensing boards
By donating to the FUEL program, you're helping the next generation of frontline healthcare heroes who are currently majoring in making a difference.
