Our "We Matter Together" Employee Giving Campaign is dedicated to bringing every employee at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's together to make an impact in the lives of our local team members, patients, and Siouxland community.
Thanks to all of our team members, we raised over $81,000 last year during our 2022 campaign! Our goal this year is $100,00 and 45% employee contribution. Together, we can make it happen!

Through the You Matter Fund, 147 team members over the last 6 years have been given assistance as they faced challenges such as flooding, home damage, cancer, COVID-19, and other severe conditions.
From donations to the Employee Grants Fund, the following projects were granted funding to help make a difference:
- OB Conference Rom

- Nursing Moms Stations at PACE
- College Scholarships
- Free Little Library outside Therapy
Team members worked together to raise over $13,000 for the United Way of Siouxland. These funds all stayed local to fight for the health, education and financial stability for everyone in Siouxland.
