When it comes to the Employee Giving Campaign, WE MATTER TOGETHER!

Thanks to all of our team members, we raised over $107,000 last year to help our fellow team members, patients, family members, and our entire community! Our goal this year is $125,000. Together, we can make it happen!

Believe what you do makes a difference...because it does! Your gift, combined with fellow team members, makes an impact on our patients, our hospitals, community and fellow team members.

Simply print and fill out a paper form and interoffice it to the Foundation Office. Or you can donate online.

The Employee Giving Campaign runs from October 1-November 15. Contact Monica Powers in the Foundation Office at monica.powers@unitypoint.org or call (712) 279-3900 with any questions.

Fun Ways to Get Involved!

Donuts and Directions - Stop on the Lower Level outside the Employee Elevators from 6am-1pm on Wednesday, October 2nd and grab a donut on us! You will see the impact our team members have made throughout the last year and find out the new and exciting things we have coming this year for the campaign. Take a  minute and fill out your pledge form to get entered into the raffle!

Attend a Free Lunch - The Foundation will be providing free lunches for everyone who participates in the campaign by completing a form. Join us the first week of November as we provide free lunches to all of our locations in Siouxland!

"The Power of an Hour" - Donating PTO is a great way to give back. Give a portion of your PTO to the Employee Giving Campaign.

Win a Prize - After the campaign is over watch your email and the HUB as we announce the winners of the VIP parking spots and PTO!

Wear Your Retractable Badge - Each team member who gives will receive a free We Matter Together Retractable Badge Holder!

See How Team Members Made an Impact Through Last Year's Campaign!

Gifts given through the Employee Giving Campaign were distributed to many wonderful programs. Here are just a few ways how your contributions have helped:

Through the You Matter Fund, last year 28 team members were given assistance as they faced challenges such as flooding, home damage, cancer and other severe medical conditions.

From donations to the Employee Grants Fund, the following was granted to help make a difference in Siouxland:

  • Mom/Baby Family Waiting Room Upgrades
  • Chapel Music Package- Creating a comfortable space for healing
  • Pulmonary/Cardiac Rehab Recumbent Bike
  • Patient Transportation Fund
  • St. Luke's Recycling Program
  • Two iPads in the PACU
  • Employee Breast Feeding Support Room

Team members worked together to raise over $33,000 for the United Way of Siouxland. These funds all stayed local to fight for the health, education and financial stability for everyone in Siouxland.
