Our "We Matter Together" Employee Giving Campaign is dedicated to bringing every employee at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's together to make an impact in the lives of our local team members, patients, and Siouxland community.

Thanks to all of our team members, we raised over $94,000 last year during our 2021 campaign! Our goal this year is $100,000 and 40% employee participation. Together, we can make it happen!

Believe what you do makes a difference...because it does! Even a small gift can make a large impact!

See How Team Members Made an Impact Through Last Year's Campaign!

Gifts given through the Employee Giving Campaign were distributed to many wonderful programs. Here are just a few ways how your contributions have helped:

Through the You Matter Fund, 133 team members over the last 5 years have been given assistance as they faced challenges such as flooding, home damage, cancer, COVID-19, and other severe medical conditions.

From donations to the Employee Grants Fund, the following projects were granted funding to help make a difference:

  • BIG IDEA (Public Restrooms Project)
  • Post-Partum/Labor & Delivery - Mounted Patient Thermometers
  • Volunteer Cart
  • St. Luke's College AvTrach Simulator
  • Patient Transportation Fund

Team members worked together to raise over $23,000 for the United Way of Siouxland. These funds all stayed local to fight for the health, education and financial stability for everyone in Siouxland.
