Colon Cancer Care and Treatment in Quad Cities

Colon Cancer Care in the Quad Cities

According to the American Cancer Society, colorectal cancer, also known as colon cancer, is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths in the United States. However, early diagnosis often leads to a complete cure. With our qualified team of professionals and access to the latest colon cancer clinical trials and research, the care team at Trinity supports families of the Quad Cities and surrounding area every step of the way.

Local patients can also seek out resources through Colon Cancer Free QCA, a coalition of physicians and their staff members dedicated to spreading awareness about colon cancer. The group consists of professionals from Digestive Disease Center, Gastroenterology Consultants, S.C., Gastrointestinal Clinic of the Quad Cities, Regional Surgicenter, Quad City Endoscopy and Trinity Cancer Center.

Early Detection of Colon Cancer

As we age, the risk of colon cancer increases, most notably after the age of 50. If a family history or symptoms have you concerned, take the first step in colon cancer prevention by contacting your primary care provider.
