Join us at Fort Dodge Country Club for a four-person best-shot, flighted tournament. We are excited to announce a rebranding that reflects our commitment to supporting all UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge departments. All proceeds in 2025 will support the Trinity Surgery Expansion and Renovation Project.
