Jonathan Fields, MD is certified by the American Boards of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and a certified Independent Medical Examiner (IME). Dr. Fields received his training from the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and has been practicing Occupational and Environmental medicine since 2013. Dr. Fields comes to the industry with an engineering background and his clinical interests include sports medicine and worksite injury prevention. When he isn't in the clinic you can find him biking, hiking, rock climbing or playing outdoors with his wife and children.

     

Nazee Jabbari, MD is certified by the American Boards of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and a certified Independent Medical Examiner (IME). Dr. Jabbari completed her residency with the University of Iowa Residency Advisory Committee and assists in clinical training of physicians in the residency program. She has been practicing Occupational and Environmental Medicine since 2011 and joined Allen Occupational Health in 2015.  When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids as well as trying all the latest fitness trends.

     

Kenneth McMains, MD is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the College of Public Health at the University of Iowa and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Des Moines University. He is trained in the area of Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) and Impairment Ratings and has been performing these evaluations for more than 20 years. He is also a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and has been so for more than 15 years. His past experience as an emergency services physician, family practitioner for rural communities, diabetes educator, and mental health director complement his expertise in assisting businesses with their most valuable assets – their employees. His dedication to occupational and environmental safety and health is evident in his involvement and commitment as the Chairman of the Residency Advisory Committee for Occupational Medicine Residents at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. McMains also provides clinical training in occupational medicine for residents in the Black Hawk Family Practice Residency Program and the University of Iowa occupational medicine residents.

     

John Musgrave, MD joined the United States Air Force in 1973 and remained active duty through 1977. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 1985 and completed his residency with the Northeast Iowa Family Practice Residency Program in Waterloo in 1988 and worked in Family Medicine until he joined Allen Occupational Health in 2017. He is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO). When not in the clinic, Dr. Musgrave enjoys spending time with his family – wife Lisa, and three adult children. In his free time, you can often find him bicycling, playing piano, or working on computer programming.

     

Steve Olsen, DO is a graduate of the Occupational Medicine Residency Program at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He is certified as an independent medical examiner (IME) and Medical Review Officer (MRO). Dr. Olsen's extensive thirty years of military experience and a twenty year business background provide him with an insight into the unique medical needs of employees and employers. He is a member of the University of Iowa Residency Advisory Committee and assists in clinical training of physicians in the residency program.

Alison Good, ARNP joined the clinic in August 2017, with experience in occupational medicine, family practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, radiation oncology, wound care, and skilled care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an RN for eight years in intensive care, wound care, and home health. Alison obtained a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Iowa State University in 2002, an Associate in Nursing from Mercy College in Des Moines in 2005, and her Masters in Nursing from Allen College in Waterloo in 2013. Alison enjoys bicycling, kickboxing, ballroom dancing, adventuring, water activities, and family time.
