St. Luke’s Vascular Surgery

St. Luke’s Vascular Surgery is led by Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa (PCI) vascular surgeons, providing skilled diagnosis and comprehensive care for patients with vascular disease. Using ultrasound and blood vessel imaging (arteriography), the vascular team detects, identifies and treats all types of vascular conditions. Treatment may include open surgical reconstruction, minimally invasive endovascular techniques or a combination known as a hybrid technique.

PCI vascular surgeons have been performing most endovascular procedures (angiography, balloons and stents) on an outpatient basis for more than two decades. Most dialysis-access procedures and many arterial treatments, as well as all varicose vein treatments, can be successfully accomplished at St. Luke’s Vascular Surgery outpatient clinic at PCI.
