All funds raised through UnityPoint Health – Trinity Muscatine Foundation support various programs at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Muscatine. We do not provide direct grants to external organizations. UnityPoint Health – Trinity Muscatine Foundation is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, operating under Tax ID (EIN) 42-1525031 and serves as the charitable arm of UnityPoint Health – Trinity Muscatine.
