Meghann Hart, LMSW

Meghann is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Kentucky in 2013, her MFA in Creative Writing from Iowa State University in 2017, and her Master of Social Work from Fordham University in 2020. 

While completing her graduate degree at Fordham, Meghann completed two clinical internships in social work. She has worked with inner-city children at an elementary school in Queens, NY and Holocaust survivors in Manhattan, NY. Meghann is a new mental health therapist on the UnityPoint Health - Eyerly Ball Senior Outreach Counseling team. She loves empowering older adults to find renewed purpose and meaning in their lives amidst illness, social isolation and loss. She has training in CBT and is experienced in solutions-focused therapy.

Kim Wilson, LISW

Kim has worked with Eyerly Ball since April 2014. She works as a therapist and is the team leader in the Senior Outreach Counseling (SOC) program. The SOC team provides in-home mental health therapy to individuals aged 60 years or older who, because of a mental or physical issue, are unable to seek treatment in a traditional clinical setting. Kim is passionate about her work with older adults and the issues which impact their daily lives. 

 She has her Master's Degree in social work from the University of Iowa and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) licensed with the State of Iowa. She uses various approaches in therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
