Crystal became a healthcare provider to help women have a voice and a choice with regard to their care. She has 15 years of healthcare experience as a labor and delivery nurse and as a certified nurse midwife and women's health provider.

“I am here to serve people and help them make their health care decisions based on their goals through education and guidance,” says Iddings. “I offer expertise in labor and delivery support and postpartum care, with a proven track record of lowering intervention rates and maintaining high patient satisfaction and safe birth outcomes. I’m passionate about bodily autonomy and a woman’s right to make her own healthcare decisions with professional guidance.”

She also sees patients for pre-natal and post-natal care and gynecology services at UnityPoint Health - Grinnell's women's health outreach at the UnityPoint Health - Marshalltown Multi-Specialty Clinic.
