The center is a unique concept of centralizing women's imaging services into one area that has been designed with women's comfort, privacy, and convenience in mind. The center offers digital mammography with computer-aided detection (CAD), breast ultrasound, and bone density testing (DEXA) for bone health assessment. The Women's Center meets all the federal and state regulations regarding performance of mammography and is fully accredited by the FDA and the State of Iowa.

UnityPoint Clinic Norma Schmoker Imaging Center has been awarded three-year terms of gold seal accreditation in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy and breast ultrasound following a recent review by the American College of Radiology® (ACR®). The ACR accreditation recognizes the Imaging Center’s commitment to providing high-quality breast imaging services and supporting early detection of breast cancer.
