    How often should I get a PAP smear?

    According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) women age 21 to 29 should have a PAP smear every 3 years. Even though a PAP smear isn't recommended every year, an annual physical/annual well woman exam is. Annual physicals are a great time for you and your OBGYN to discuss various concerns and life changes that you have encountered including abnormal bleeding, contraception options or family planning.

    My daughter has questions about her changing body, what should I do?

    Puberty can be hard to navigate at times and we are here for you.
