Brain Health
Did you know that playing sports boosts blood flow to your brain? This enables your body to build more connections between nerves within the brain. This, in turn, improves memory, stimulates creativity and helps your brain develop better problem-solving skills, in addition to providing a good outlet for stress-management.
Similarly, focusing on other factors promoting overall brain health can reduce injuries and enhance performance by improving reaction time, processing speed, alertness and stress management.
Additional services that promote brain health to enhance performance include:
- Behavioral sleep medicine
Fusionetics

The Fusionetics Performance System utilizes an efficient three step process to measure and monitor individuals' movement, functional performance and recovery status – which are directly linked to injury risk and on-field or on-the-job performance potential.
Movement Matters
Nearly half of all sports related injuries and occupational injuries are due to overuse and non-contact incidents. Many of these injuries are preventable if risk factors are identified through testing and proper training programs are implemented.
The largest risk factors for non-contact injuries in sports and physical occupations are:
- Previous injury
- Poor movement efficiency and control
-
Imbalance in flexibility, movement and strength between right and left sides of the body.
Know Your Score
Scoring is measured on a scale of 0-100 (Low-High) and is used to establish baselines, monitor progress and understand status to improve decision making.
- Imbalances and limitations within movement patterns are markers we test because these identify great risk of injury for individuals involved in exercise/activities and even the stress of daily life.

Functional Movement Screen
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) evaluates seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to normal function. Through testing these movement patterns, the FMS is able to identify weaknesses and asymmetries that may increase chances of an injury. FMS has been shown to reduce both risk factors for injuries and costs associated with injuries when they happen.
- Takes less than 10 minutes
- Provides FMS experts with the information they need to customize workouts that meet your needs.
- Tracks your progress
- Gets you moving right!
