PODCAST EPISODE: COVID-19 and PTSD
Kayla Orr, MSW, LISW, therapist at St. Luke's Counseling Center, joins Dr. Arnold to discuss the COVID-19 and post-traumatic stress. They talk about what PTSD is and Kayla's recommendations for those struggling with mental health issues as a result of the pandemic. They also discuss Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing or EMDR, and how it helps patients struggling with mental health.
