MedBridge At-Home Therapy Platform
Therapy Plus utilizes an online platform called MedBridge for at-home patient exercises. Therapists design a customized exercise program
for each patient's unique needs and condition. Then, patients can login to MedBridge via mobile app or computer to access their exercise program, or instructions can be printed. The written explanations, illustrations and videos provide step-by-step guidance of the exercises prescribed during the therapy visit. The app is free to download and also offers educational videos
about various conditions.

Physical and occupational therapy is affordable and typically covered by insurance plans. Therapy Plus staff will verify insurance benefits and discuss costs before your first visit.
