Our Clinic

We dedicate ourselves to supporting every patient and addressing their unique care needs. While our clinics welcome everyone seeking primary care, the team at our LGBTQ+ Clinic have special training to create a welcoming and reassuring environment for all patients, including those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Safe Zone Project

Many of our team members and providers have received Safe Zone training to ensure our patients are receiving care in an environment where they feel seen, heard and understood. Our compassionate team is dedicated to providing quality care and exceptional experiences to improve outcomes for each and every patient we serve.

Services

Depending on the location, services can include, but are not limited to:

  • Comprehensive multidisciplinary clinical care for transgender adults
  • Gynecological referrals
  • Health prevention
  • HIV, STD & STI testing and counseling
  • Hormone therapy, including education and management (19 years and older)
  • Management of chronic diseases, including anxiety and depression
  • Mental health assessment
  • On-site lab
  • Pharmacist on-site
  • Physical and wellness care
  • Pre-surgical and post-surgical care for those having gender affirming surgery (19 years and older)
  • Provision of PEP (Post-exposure prophylaxis) for a patient at risk for HIV
  • Provision of PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis) for a patient at risk for HIV
  • Routine cancer screenings
  • Trans-sensitive pap smears, pelvic exams and prostate exams
