My approach to therapy is one of support and client engagement. By assisting patients in identifying goals, and the necessary steps to reach those goals, we are able to create a plan for making changes that can apply to all aspects of life. I utilize an open, flexible approach in order to assist my clients in finding the best way to create lasting change.
