Biography
Rebecca Fox is a licensed independent social worker. She attended the University of Northern Iowa where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology followed by a Master of Social Work degree. She has experience working with all ages, providing individual, couples and family therapy. Rebecca has worked for several years in community mental health and also in residential treatment. She has a special interest in working with those who may be struggling with past trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, health issues and stress.
Rebecca uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of each individual, including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing and EMDR. She uses a collaborative approach to help each person identify and meet their personal goals while building on their individual strengths.
