Medical Philosophy
Dr Kellum embraces harm reduction, emphasizing the importance of non-judgmental and non-coercive care in supporting people to improve the quality of their lives.  In addition to "meeting people where they are at," she strives to create a therapeutic environment where patients can feel heard and engage actively their own medical care.
