About This Provider
Dr Kellum has been at New Start since 2023, after having completed the addiction medicine fellowship training program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Prior to that, she was working as an internal medicine physician, caring for patients in both primary care and hospital settings. Her scope of practice has included: serving rural and urban communities; providing care for people who are unhoused; working in a community-based methadone clinic; providing primary care to people who are incarcerated.
