Dr Kellum strives to create a therapeutic environment where patients can feel heard, stay informed, and engage actively their own medical care. She is board certified in addiction medicine and embraces the principles of harm reduction: "meeting people where they are at" and emphasizing the importance of non-judgmental and non-coercive care in supporting people to improve the quality of their lives. She has experience caring for people with complex psychosocial needs as well as complex medical needs, including people who are unhoused, people with substance use disorders, and people who are/have been incarcerated.
