Biography

Professional Statement: I've spent nearly two decades caring for people of all ages, and I'm looking forward to focusing on adult medicine now. I'm passionate about forming long-lasting relationships with my patients so we can work together to meet their healthcare goals. It's my privilege to care for patients, and with every patient interaction, I'm reminded of this honor my patients bestow on me by trusting me with their care.

Why did you become a provider: To help empower others to live their healthiest and happiest lives.

Why did you decide to join UPH? To join a group of healthcare professionals who can work together to help our clients meet their healthcare goals.

Describe your average patient: An individual who is 55 years or older and has a longterm goal of staying in their home despite several medical conditions. This person is willing to work with our team to help achieve this goal.

What would your patients say about you? I'll take the time to listen and understand each person. I help patients set obtainable goals and work with them until we reach them.

Most important thing to know about you: I'll be the biggest supporter of your health. I'll travel with you through your healthcare journey through all the ups and downs and over the years.

Ideal provider/patient relationship: A patient should feel comfortable being honest with a provider. When a patient is honest, we can solve problems more effectively.

What do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy spending time with my family and going to my children's activities. When we are home, I enjoy working in my flower beds. I also enjoy volunteering at our local church youth programing.
