PACE participants may call PACE or send a written request to file a grievance or an appeal.
Grievances or complaints related to PACE care may be submitted to the PACE staff verbally, via phone or mail a written request to file a grievance or an appeal.
Any questions or complaints submitted must be documented and resolved by the PACE team. If the issue is not resolved to the participant's satisfaction, they may also contact Iowa Medicaid Member Services at (800) 338-8366.
