About Kristin Yaneff, LISW
Biography
I am a licensed mental health provider specializing in crisis and emergency screening, comprehensive assessments, safety planning, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan who are experiencing severe mental illness, suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, trauma, PTSD, and substance use concerns.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to meeting clients where they are. I work collaboratively with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, helping them build practical skills and regain a sense of stability and control.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to heal, grow, and thrive in their daily lives.
