Why did you become a provider? I began my career as a nurse, caring for patients in St. Luke's Emergency Department. I enjoyed learning and wanted to continue my education to be able to practice at a higher level.

As a provider, what is your medical philosophy? To provide quality, evidence-based care in a compassionate manner.

What type of care/clinical interests are you most passionate about? Family medicine and urgent care.

Why did you choose your specialty? I chose to become a family nurse practitioner because I enjoy caring for patients of all ages. 

What qualities best describe the care you provide your patients? I am empathetic and provide high-quality care to everyone I see.

Being a healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? The best part of my day is meeting new people. As a healthcare provider, I'm able to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

What is the most important thing people should know about you and your practice? I am approachable, advocate for my patients and provide evidence-based care.

Personal interests: I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as hiking, reading, gardening and being outside as much as possible.
