I view mental health as an essential part of overall well-being and strive to make therapy accessible, effective, and culturally responsive. It’s a privilege to do this work, and I hold deep respect for the vulnerability and courage it takes to seek support.

Why did you become a provider:

Mental health affects every part of our lives, and I wanted to be someone who could walk with others through difficult times.

Describe your average patient:

I enjoy working with all populations aged 16 or older.

What would your patients say about you?:

I feel that I am a good listener and am able to provide a safe, judgement free environment where people can be comfortable to come as they are.

What do you like to do in your free time?:

I enjoy watching sports, especially football. I play golf and play video games.
