About Hannah Johnson, BS, SAC-IT
Biography
I am Hannah, a Licensed Substance Use Counselor In-Training. I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and for the past two years have been dedicated to working with those impacted by substance use. I am a compassionate and committed Addiction Care Coordinator who believes in meeting people where they are on their journey.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and have since devoted my career to providing empathetic, client-centered care to individuals from all walks of life. My work is grounded in a strong belief in the power of human connection, dignity, and the potential for change.
Whether supporting someone through a mental health crisis or helping coordinate addiction recovery services, I bring warmth, understanding, and a deep commitment to walking alongside my clients as they take steps toward healing and recovery.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on adventures to different state parks, hiking, and just spending time with my dogs. I welcome clients from all different background and provide a nonbiased atmosphere. Always remember you matter.
Addiction Care Coordinators provide personalized, compassionate support to help you address barriers to recovery and connect with vital resources in the community. Please see the Continuing Care drop-down menu under the “Additional Services at NewStart”.
