Biography
Professional Statement:
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard and understood. With over 13 years of psychiatric experience, I work collaboratively with each patient to identify challenges, foster self-awareness, and develop effective treatment plans that may include therapy, medication management, and lifestyle support to promote lasting mental and emotional well-being.
Why did you become a provider:
I became a provider because I have seen firsthand how deeply mental health affects every part of a person's life. After years of working in psychiatry, I wanted to do more to help people understand their struggles, find the right treatment, and feel like themselves again.
Ideal provider/patient relationship:
The best care happens when patients feel heard and supported. I value collaboration and shared decision-making so that treatment plans fit each person's goals and life circumstances.
What do you like to do in your free time?:
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my children, finding new home projects to do, and staying active.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, supporting a variety of mental health needs.
