BiographyAbout This Provider
"I am dedicated to working with a medical group that is focused on delivering patient-centered care with a team-based approach that values patient choice, patient education and the public health of our community."
Dr. Wubben works with patients through her part in the Meriter Diabetes Care Team as well as with patients who have other endocrine issues. She believes health care should aim to help people enjoy and experience life to its fullest potential. Dr. Wubben helps patients learn both the risks and benefits of tests and treatments so they are able to make the right choices for themselves. She believes that discussions about health care need to consider all priorities in a patient’s life in order to respect each patient’s values and goals.
Dr. Wubben is actively involved with her young children and volunteers in their elementary school. She enjoys traveling with her family, walking, biking, reading and music.
Endocrinologists work with disorders caused by glands and hormones that make up the endocrine system. Endocrinologists often work with patients who have diabetes, as well as those with thyroid, adrenal and pituitary disorders.
