I have a background in supporting individuals and families experiencing challenges in their lives in a variety of settings. I have provided in-home therapy, worked as a therapist in inpatient psychiatric units, and outpatient clinic settings. These experiences have fueled my commitment to provide high quality, evidence-based care. I want to ensure that people receive the support they need and deserve.

Why did you become a provider? I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping others overcome challenges.

What would your patients say about you? I am personable, warm, and easy to talk to. I am empathetic and can offer perspectives that are supportive. I have a great deal of experience. I have a deep commitment to helping see things through to a positive outcome.

What do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy spending time with family, gardening, church activities, exercise, and like to travel.

Topics you are passionate about?  I am passionate about learning. I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, I often learn a great deal from patients.
