Biography
Addictions and Behavioral Health Therapist
Therapy, to me, is a space for honesty, reflection, and growth — on your terms. I'm Blake, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals who want to better understand themselves and break free from the patterns that keep them stuck.
After receiving my master’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, I trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems, and trauma-focused approaches. My approach is client-centered while also being solution-focused, offering practical strategies tailored to each person’s goals, interests and needs. I’m especially drawn to working with those navigating anxiety, ADHD, and substance use.
My style is relaxed and grounded in education because knowing how your brain works gives you power. I won’t push you where you’re not ready to go, but I will walk with you once you are.
Beyond the therapy room, I enjoy writing, sports, travel, and struggling at playing golf. I believe that healing involves the whole self — mind, body, and spirit — and I aim to bring that philosophy into every session.
Let’s figure out what growth looks like for you, together.
