Biography
Hi, I’m Ashley—a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals reconnect with themselves and others. With a foundation in Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, my work is guided by empathy, authenticity, and trust.
After earning my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University, I’ve focused my practice on supporting individuals dealing with substance use, recovery challenges, and the complex emotions that come with personal growth.
I will approach you and our work together with unconditional positive regard. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can unpack your experiences without fear of judgment. Therapy is a team effort, and together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and how to move forward. I work best with people looking to face life transitions, heal from trauma, manage stress, and strengthen their sense of self.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me watching sports and movies, traveling to new cities, or trying out the latest food spots — I'm a believer in balance and living fully.
Let’s talk when you’re ready. Healing is possible — and it starts with connection.
