Abbigail De Jong, OTD, OTR/L, CLT

Abbigail De Jong, OTD, OTR/L, CLT is a Certified Lymphedema Occupational Therapist in the JSCC Lymphedema Center. She also has certifications in PORi Breast Cancer Rehabilitation as well as Head and Neck Cancer Rehabilitation. Abbi works with patients who have conditions following cancer treatments resulting in swelling, skin/tissue changes and loss of mobility, all impacting their function and quality of life. Abbi is qualified as a lymphedema and oncology rehab specialist to assess the patient’s condition and provide treatment, education and resources for long term success. She will focus on restoring the patient’s tissue, mobility, function and empower them to manage their health with the use of lymphatic therapy techniques, compression and exercise. Abbi is here to guide cancer patients to return to a healthy lifestyle as part of their survivorship journey.
