When you have a medical emergency every minute counts. The emergency department at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's - Downtown is open 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days-a-year. As a Level II trauma center, our team is ready to respond rapidly to any health care emergency.

The Hospital Patient Portal (myMercy) gives you online access to portions of your hospital medical records and test results. For technical support or to reset your password, call the Support Center at 877-448-1721. If you have not accessed your hospital portal since 2019, you will need to create a new account. To gain access contact patient registration at 712-279-2493. You will need a cell phone or handheld device and will need to provide a cell phone number. A land line phone will not work.
